Hello, I have a quick question, probably a dumb one, I have a fascination with solar power but not much knowledge yet, question is, I bought an opteka BP-SC800 solar power bank, I'm liking it but I noticed that a lot of the cells are discolored/different shades especially a couple spots on the panel in the units body, most of the discoloration can't be seen unless the panel is held at a certain angle so light highlights it, is this discoloration normal or is there damage to these panels?
