I have a 175 watt solar panel with 36.5V and 4.80A, from which I have to charge a 12V battery through a PWM charge controller, means 14V x 4.80A = 67W , so the panel works on 67watts? If I use a MPPT charge controller will it makes any difference?

I think the MPPT is a bit of overkill. A Good PWM should be fine and cost a lot less.

You have a nominal 24 volt solar panel. you have a 12 volt nominal battery bank. If you hook up your pmw to the battery, the controller will know that you are having a 12 volt nominal battery and that you should have a 12 volt nominal solar panel. Now, If you hook up your 24 volt nominal solar panel to the pmw controller while the pmw controller is hooked up to a 12 volt battery, most likley the pmw controller will stop charging your battery because it will see a over voltage that is comming from your 24 volt nominal solar panel. Many pmw controller can not operate if the voltage is higher than around 23 volt solar panel voltage while the controller is hooked up to a 12 volt battery. You have to look at the data of your pmw controller to see since those controllers may be different from each other.
A real MPPT controller may handle higher voltages of up to over 100 volts at the solar panel side while being hooked up to a 12 volt battery.
